Blogging My Way Around Town

When I started blogging, what I have in mind was to keep a journal of what interests me and share what I do with others. Since then, my blogging has evolved into opportunities to earn some extra cash, get blogger invites to product launchings and even contest winnings!

Blogging has opened up a whole new world for me. What began as a simple respite from the chaotic life we live in, is now taking up most of my time! The socialization aspect of blogging and the enjoyment I get from writing perks me up!

My blogging goal for 2011 is to push more beyond my limitations and to influence people to join the blogosphere. I hope to achieve this by improve my writing skills, share inspiring stories/experiences with my readers and take on the digital-multimedia savvy-ness challenges.

Why I Blog

Blogging has brought me contentment, learnings and joy. I blog because I love what I do. It has opened my eyes to a world beyond mine!

It gives me the liberty to share my thoughts and views with like-minded people;
to share my words with others. It is a joy to share the minds of so many friends and to meet so many of them online. It gives me a chance to write regularly about things that really interest me, with writing itself as a big part of the enjoyment!

Writing serves as my outlet from the everyday life issues. It gives me a chance to offer occasional comments and if it proves of interest to others then it is worthwhile! It is fulfilling to know that someone out there reads my words! Blogging is a powerful means to get my message out and change the world for the better.

This is my official entry to Red's 1st Blogversary contest

I am a man of few words. And so when I started blogging, it was a means to convey my thoughts, emotions and experiences. To me, it was simply an electronic journal where I can relive things to the smallest detail.

Nowadays, blogging is by far my most beloved past-time. It opened up a whole new world. I have found it to be a money milking tool and a venue to win lot of prizes such as free movie tickets, concert tickets, invites to blog events and so on.
